Terms and Conditions:

      1. Scope of Work

Love Building Co and Brush and Bond agree to provide handyman and/or painting services as outlined in the agreed-upon estimate or proposal. Any additional work requested outside of this scope may incur additional charges.

      2. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the estimate or proposal provided prior to commencement of work. A deposit may be required to secure scheduling and materials. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

      3. Cancellations

If a client cancels a project after accepting a quote and prior to commencement, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee will reflect any costs already incurred, including materials purchased and scheduling commitments.

      4. Changes to Scope of Work

Any changes requested after the project has commenced may result in additional charges. These will be discussed and agreed upon before the work proceeds.

      5. Access & Preparation

The client agrees to provide access to the property at the agreed times to allow work to be completed efficiently.

The client is responsible for ensuring the area is adequately prepared, including moving furniture and protecting personal belongings unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for moving furniture unless arranged in advance.

Love Building Co and Brush and Bond are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. Any defects or concerns must be reported within 7 days of project completion. We will assess and rectify any valid issues within a reasonable timeframe.

Love Building Co and Brush and Bond will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from failure to follow instructions or recommendations provided during the project.

We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, defects, or conditions beyond our control.

Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided will be handled through open communication. If required, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation before pursuing further action.

      8. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. All services provided by Love Building Co and Brush and Bond operate under this jurisdiction.
